Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the site, the security of your account credentials, and activity performed through your account.

VitaPep serums are offered for topical, external cosmetic use only. They are not offered for injection or ingestion and are not represented as products that diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Product and educational content does not replace advice from a licensed healthcare professional.

Read the current product page, label, ingredients, directions, and warnings before use. Stop use if irritation occurs. Do not apply a formula to broken or irritated skin unless the current product directions expressly permit it.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. VitaPep may accept, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing error, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices, promotions, taxes, shipping options, and availability may change. The amounts displayed at checkout when an order is submitted govern that transaction. Payments are processed by the payment provider identified during checkout and are subject to that provider’s terms.

Orders are governed by the current Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Those policies explain delivery estimates, address responsibility, damaged shipments, return eligibility, the 30-day money-back guarantee, and refund timing.

You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purchasing and information purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that impairs service, misrepresent identity, use payment information without authorization, or violate another person’s rights.

The VitaPep name, logos, product presentation, written content, graphics, photographs, and site design are owned by or licensed to VitaPep and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal use of the site, no right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit this material is granted without written permission.

VitaPep works to keep product specifications, imagery, price, availability, research context, and other site information accurate. Colors and scale may vary by display, and typographical or technical errors may occur. VitaPep may correct an error and update information without prior notice, including after an order is submitted when permitted by law.

Links to research and third-party websites are provided for context. VitaPep does not control those sites and does not adopt every statement they contain. Research on a molecule, route, concentration, model, or raw ingredient does not by itself establish an outcome for a finished VitaPep topical cosmetic formula.

If you submit a review, image, comment, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, based on your experience, and does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. You grant VitaPep a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” VitaPep disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. VitaPep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or an order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify VitaPep LLC and its personnel from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your location gives you nonwaivable rights. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. VitaPep’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

VitaPep may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later site use. VitaPep may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the site, customers, legal rights, or service providers.
