The guarantee applies to eligible VitaPep products purchased directly from this website. Email info@vita-pep.com within 30 days after delivery and include your order number, purchaser email, product name, and reason for the request.
A reasonable trial of the product is permitted. Keep the bottle, applicator, and original packaging. Empty bottles, products showing excessive use, products altered after delivery, and items clearly marked final sale before purchase are not eligible unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

- Include the order number and email used at checkout.
- Wait for the correct return instructions and destination.
- Package the product securely and retain return tracking.
Customers pay return shipping unless VitaPep sent an incorrect item or the product arrived damaged. Original expedited-shipping and optional delivery charges are not refundable.
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. VitaPep generally processes an approved refund within five to ten business days after inspection; your financial institution may take additional time to post it.

Email the order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label to info@vita-pep.com. VitaPep will review the shipment and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
