Refund & Return Policy

To qualify, the product must have been purchased directly from vita-pep.com and the return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, purchaser email address, product name, and reason for the request.

Returned products should include their original bottle, cap or applicator, and packaging. A reasonable trial of the product is permitted, but empty bottles, products showing excessive use, products altered after delivery, and items marked final sale before purchase are not eligible unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns sent without authorization or to an address other than the one supplied in the return instructions may be delayed or refused.

• Email info@vita-pep.com before sending the product back.
• Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
• Wait for return instructions and the correct return destination.
• Package the product securely and retain the return tracking information.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless VitaPep sent an incorrect item or the product arrived damaged. Original expedited-shipping charges and other optional delivery charges are not refundable. Standard U.S. shipping provided at no charge does not create a shipping deduction from an approved product refund.

After the return is received and inspected, VitaPep will email the approval or the reason the request does not meet this policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. VitaPep generally processes an approved refund within five to ten business days after inspection; the financial institution may require additional time to post it.

Contact info@vita-pep.com within seven days of delivery if an order is damaged, leaking, or incorrect. Include the order number and photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. VitaPep will review the information and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

A product purchased from a retailer, marketplace, reseller, or other third party is governed by that seller’s return policy and must be returned through that seller. VitaPep can help confirm product information but cannot refund a payment it did not process.
