Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be requested for return within 30 days of the delivery date
• Products must be in original condition
• For safety and quality control reasons, heavily used or empty products may not be eligible

• The product(s) you wish to return
• A brief description of the reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the return is received and inspected

Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
